Winning the first state championship in school history, the 1997 team set the standard for the Falcon Volleyball program. Coach Roy Burcham led the program for many years and won the 1997 title, defeating Snowflake.

A new era of Falcon Volleyball saw tremendous success under head coach, Peter McGloin. The 2017 state championship team finished 36-9 and beat Northwest Christian for the state title.

The 2018 champs finished 43-5 overall, 10-0 in region play, and beat Snowflake 3-0 for the state championship. The back-to-back championship was the first in school history for the volleyball program.

The 2001 team finished their season with a record of 30-3 and played Ganado (45-0) in the state championship. In 2002, the team finished 32-3 and played Monument Valley (37-2) in the title game. The 2003 team finished 30-8, playing Seton Catholic (36-3) for the state title.
