Dual Enrollment, Double Credits.

Through a partnership with Arizona State University, Fountain Hills High School students can complete their first year of college while in high school. With 54 courses to choose from, our students can earn college credit and high school credit in one course. Students can complete their coursework knowing that they have the support of a FHHS teacher to explain complex problems, keep them on track with the course, and prepare them for exams. What makes this program even more amazing is that the district covers the cost of tuition. Students who take advantage of the new FHU program will save thousands of dollars by completing their freshman year of college at FHHS.

While each course may satisfy either general studies requirements or major credit toward a desired Bachelor's degree, it is important to meet with your counselor to ensure the courses will meet your desired outcomes. Below are ASU's latest General Studies Gold requirements for incoming students beginning with the Class of 2024. To obtain a Bachelor's degree from ASU, students must complete each of the required categories. FHU courses will ensure that our students are on an accelerated path to complete their degree faster.
